History
of the estate
Located on clay-limestone and gravel slopes, the estate covers 8 hectares. Purchased in 2016 by Maison Kavaklidere, it benefits from the advice of Stéphane Derenoncourt to fully express the terroir’s minerality. The main grape varieties are Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Franc (30%). The objective: to produce dynamic, elegant wines that are emblematic of Castillon.
