Château Canon la Valade
A powerful, concentrated wine with a dark garnet colour. The nose reveals oaky notes, red and black fruits, with a hint of spice. The palate is velvety and dense, with coated tannins and good length.

History
of the estate
Wonderfully located on a unique clay-gravel outcrop in the village of Néac, Château Tournefeuille enjoys a fabulous panorama facing the greatest terroirs of Pomerol and a symbolic view of the Pétrus plateau. The vineyard extends over 18 hectares of vines grouped around the château and its cellars, offering a remarkable expression of hillside wines. The naturally undulating slope descends towards the Barbanne valley, the stream that today separates the crus of Pomerol from those of Lalande de Pomerol.
